In the summer of 2022, Elva premiered her first solo show, Madame Tourette, at the Reykjavik Arts Festival. That fall, she performed the show at Tjarnarbíó to rave reviews. In the fall of 2023, her show was also staged at the National Theatre basement, where the reception was equally positive.

Over the years, Elva has performed at various events, including annual parties, celebrations, conferences, team-building days, birthdays, and many more.
