Vigdís Hafliðadóttir
Vigdís Hafliða is a versatile artist with a background in philosophy, making waves as a comedian, musician, and emerging actress. She is known for her work as the singer and lyricist of the band FLOTT, her stand-up comedy, appearances in various sketch shows, and her role in the film Odd Fish. Vigdís was one of the writers of Áramótaskaupið, which received an Edda for “Best Comedy Show,” and won the “Lyricist of the Year” award at the 2023 Icelandic Music Awards.
Currently, Vigdís contributes to two of the most popular TV shows on RÚV (The Icelandic National Broadcasting Service): as a TV presenter on the game show Kappsmál and as a writer for the late-night show Vikan, both airing on Friday nights.
