Vilhelm Anton Jónsson

Vilhelm graduated with a BA degree in philosophy from the University of Iceland in 2002. However, most people know him as Villi Naglbítur from the band 200.000 Naglbítar, Vísinda Villi, author of Vísindabækur Villa, Villi from Sveppi and Villi, the host Villi, the lecturer Villi, and/or the TV personality Villi.

Villi has worked as a program creator in both television and radio for many years, having his own shows and appearing in others.

Villi is the author of the bestselling books Vísindabækur Villa and was nominated for the Icelandic Literary Awards for the first book in that series, as well as receiving the Bookseller's Award for that book.

Villi is a seasoned host and has worked in that capacity for many years. He has performed in various settings, using his experience both on stage and in his lectures, which focus on creative thinking and collaboration. Villi certainly bridges the generation gap, as his work appeals to children, teenagers, and adults alike.
