Björk Guðmundsdóttir

Björk Guðmundsdóttir is an acress and a comedian. Björk graduated from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts (IAA) in June 2021. She has participated in various stage performance projects. For the last years, Björk has worked at the National Theatre off-venue with the Improv Iceland theatre group. She has been one of the key members of the group for the last six years, and has studied Improv at UCB New York and UCB LA. 

Björk has written and played in sketches screened at RUV, the national television broadcasting company in Iceland, and played in several advertisement for Icelandic companies. Björk was the face of the advertisement campaign, Smell of Summer (Sumarilmur), for Icelandic Association of Farmers. Björk has also made apperance in various TV-series.
