Björk has the ability to easily connect with people and manage to make everyone shine on their own terms. The team spirit event is full of energy and will include exercises focusing on listening, cooperation, and activities that nurture mental well-being.

Lectures

Björk has a great passion for improvisation (improv) and has been a part of Improv Iceland since 2015. Björk believes that if everyone learned the key principles of improvisation, the world would be a better place. She talks about how to use the tools of improv in everyday life and how it trains multi-dimensional listening, playfulness, and mindfulness.

Event hosting

Björk has extensive experience hosting parties and events for various age groups and workplaces. She has an easy time connecting with everyone and brings a genuine yet funny energy that makes everyone at the event enjoy, laugh, and have a great time. Björk is versatile and can tailor the entertainment to fit the event. She can, for example, write comedy songs on the spot or perform stand-up. Björk has also been a presenter at the the Icelandic Advertising Awards in 2021.
